About

It started with questions.

People—friends, relatives, even strangers—kept asking about their medicines. What’s this tablet for? Can I take it with food? Why did the doctor give me this when I’m not even in pain?

Simple questions. But most couldn’t find simple answers.

That’s where MedicinesExplained began.

We’re not a big agency or some faceless company. Just a small group of pharmacists, medical students, and writers who’ve seen how confusing the health world can be. And how dangerous that confusion can get.

So we decided to change it. One article at a time.

We don’t believe in writing things people can’t understand. If your health depends on something, you have every right to understand it—without Googling ten terms in the process.

So, we explain stuff. In plain English. Carefully, honestly. No complicated jargon. No hype. And definitely no sponsored fluff disguised as facts.

It’s not perfect. Sometimes we miss a detail. Sometimes science changes. But we try our best to keep it updated. And real.

Most of our readers? They’re just people. Students who want things broken down. Parents reading late at night, double-checking a prescription. Folks worried about side effects no one explained.

If you’re one of them—you’re in the right place.

We don’t sell medicines. We don’t promote any brands. We just explain them. So you can make better choices. So you’re not guessing when it comes to your health.

Want to ask something? Or tell us what we missed? Head over to the Contact page. We actually read the emails.

Thanks for being here. Stay curious. Stay safe.
